• New Series of 6 weekly Feldenkrais "Awareness Through Movement" lessons via Zoom / Teachable .
• " This is how we Roll ! " commences Thursday 15th September.
• Either Lunchtime (12.30-13.30) or Evening (18.30-19-30)  time slots.
• Over 6 weeks we will develop the theme of rolling from the last class series "Developmental Movements"
• Suitable for all levels of Feldenkrais experience.
• Maximum 15 students per virtual class.
• All lessons will be recorded for if you can't attend classes and the audio recordings will be available on the Teachable platform to all participating students after each class.
• Cost £39.00 for series of 6 lessons with access to Teachable recordings included (for up-to 2 months after the series finishes)
